About Us

Dunscombe Manor comprises 80 static caravans which blend into 22 acres of National Trust land within East Devon’s Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

All leisure lodges or caravan holiday homes are privately owned and our discerning customers buy here specifically to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Our small family run caravan park appeals to a niche market who are after a quiet caravan park with the added benefits of our beautiful coastal surrounds.

Our customers are attracted to East Devon as it is a beautiful area with many charming towns and attractions that are special for many people. To compliment this, our select caravan park provides beautiful Devon holiday homes that are well spaced, often secluded and many have superb sea views. Dunscombe Manor nestles within the stunning coastal scenery and provides fabulous walks, spectacular sea views and a relaxed, tranquil atmosphere.

The quiet caravan park is located 2 miles outside the beautiful Regency town of Sidmouth with its classic Victorian architecture, glorious sea front Esplanade and grand Jurassic cliff flanks. We are also adjacent to the renowned Sidmouth Donkey Sanctuary whose estates are beautifully presented and very welcoming. We enjoy a unique close proximity with the Sanctuary too and several of our owners have bought with us to be next door to the Sanctuary and integrate with their volunteer care projects.

Our main path winds its way down through a wooded combe and out onto our stunning clifftop headland where Gulls, Kestrels and Buzzards patrol over the unspoilt beaches of Salcombe Regis, Weston and Branscombe. From here, on our South Devon caravan park, our customers can join the spectacular South West coast path or absorb the panoramic sea view across Lyme Bay from Portland Bill to Brixham. The cliff paths link us to Branscombe, Beer and Sidmouth and multiple footpaths weave their way from here into the heart of East Devon’s Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty .

There is also access down onto the secluded pebble beach where you can swim, fish or enjoy a bbq !
